.Service Manager Role
Manage small supported living services, for adults with learning disabilities, manage an Assistant Manager and a team of Support Workers and provide direct staff supervisions and support plans and legislative frameworks.
Report to the Regional Manager and work towards exceeding CQC standards
As a Service Manager, you will be able to form professional positive relationships with service users to support them to continue to live full and rewarding lives, promoting the rights of service users.
• Promote appropriate activities/approach local community providers
Qualifications
Ideally have NVQ Level 4 or Diploma 5 in Health and Social Care Management, or working towards it
