• Encourage  support workers to enable service users to achieve their potential and lead interesting lives.
• To ensure person centred care is provided, care plans are followed and updated and CQC standards are met.
• Encouraging service users with learning disabilities and autism to partake in social and community events, inlcuding attending college, sporting activities such as swimming, football, reugby, basketball, hobbies, day trips, short holidays, support in going to the cinema, theatre, meals in restaurants, pubs and social evenings etc

Ideally have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

Understanding of autism and learning disabilities
