| Skills & Attributes | • Proactive attitude to attention to detail • Excellent report writing skills with regards to energy and modelling results • Ability to research new design • Minimum 5 years’ design experience within a building services consultancy or contractor • Good working knowledge of Amtech and AutoCAD • Experience in a range of projects covering the sectors of commercial, offices, education and healthcare • Excellent team working skills • Ability to work on own initiative |
