An opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to work within CQC Registered services in North Yorkshire.

To ensure residents receive support using person centred approaches and to understand and share in the values of the organisation. Be able to lead practice within staff teams and manage the resources of the service to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the best outcomes for the people they support.
Maintain admin and financial systems and processes and be compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
|Skills & Attributes||
Ideally be NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care or working towards it.
