An opportunity for an Associate Mechanical Director has arisen, to join the Building Services Leeds team and lead a team of mechanical engineers which will contribute to the delivery of quality to their clients.

The Building Services Engineering team enjoys successful relationships with clients across all main market sectors, ranging from small projects and reports to larger projects valued at more than several billion. They include Commercial, Health Care, Mixed Use, Higher Education and Sport and Leisure.

Following recent significant success in winning both national and regional frameworks, our client are keen to maximise these successes as part of an overall growth strategy.The successful candidate will build client relationships generating more work from these frameworks and will support the Technical Director in identifying and winning new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Mechanical Director, you will be involved in a range of small to large projects within the Building Services team. The role will be challenging, demanding, varied and offer opportunities for further development.You will work autonomously within a team carrying out building services projects, where you will manage the projects and the work of others.
